MyDiveTag exists because the pre-dive admin in an Australian dive shop has been broken for two decades. Paper waivers signed against a tank. Medical declarations skipped because the diver wants on the boat. Customer details typed into a spreadsheet, then retyped when the spreadsheet corrupts. Marketing emails sent from a personal Gmail that gets flagged as spam.

Every shop owner we have spoken to runs three businesses at once: the on-water business they trained for, the compliance business they did not, and the relationship business that keeps customers coming back. The first one is the fun one. The other two cost weekends.

MyDiveTag carries the diver. Certs, medical, waivers, gear history, dive log, across every participating shop. Shops get one fully hosted dashboard for bookings, payments, compliance, and marketing. Capability flags so a service-only shop never pays for booking features it does not use.

Our principle

The diver owns their data. Each business owns its relationship with the diver. Neither owns the other's. Privacy Act 1988 compliance is built in, not bolted on.

Partnership with Spherify

Spherify is our primary distribution channel for the Australian market. Spherify builds dive-shop websites (custom and template-based) that integrate directly with the MyDiveTag platform. If you are a dive shop that needs a website, the templates page is the fastest path to one. The platform itself is independent of any single distribution partner.

Where we are based

Australia. All sensitive data is hosted in Sydney. Support is in Australian business hours. Compliance is mapped to Australian law (Privacy Act 1988, Spam Act 2003, AS 2030.1, AS 2337) before any other jurisdiction.
